Hi, I’m Katie Lamphere — founder of Just FITFO and a proud U.S. Navy veteran with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry.

My journey started in 1988 as a receptionist in a dealership during a work co-op program. From there, I worked my way through nearly every corner of the dealership — sales, finance, leadership, and vendor relations. Along the way, I faced my share of challenges, from breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry to balancing single motherhood while building a career I loved.

Those experiences shaped my mission: to connect dealers and vendors in ways that make business smoother, smarter, and more profitable — while keeping people at the heart of it.

At Just FITFO, we bridge the gap between automotive dealers and vendors, helping dealerships discover tools, products, and partnerships that truly fit their needs. My focus is on creating a culture of trust, efficiency, and collaboration so that everyone — from the sales floor to the service lane — wins.

When I’m not helping dealerships and vendors thrive, you can find me mentoring other women in automotive, supporting veteran causes, or spending time with my growing family (and spoiling my granddaughter, Emma).

For me, it’s not just about making connections — it’s about making a difference.
